VirginiaBuyer.com is a technology-driven platform for Virginia buyers, properties and new construction, and the real estate practice behind it. AutoWrap AI develops robotics and automation for automotive service work. FadeMyInk is a consumer technology platform for tattoo fade tracking. TeslaWrapper is a Tesla-focused automotive customization business.

The technical work has produced protected intellectual property: Raoul is the named inventor on issued United States patents covering automated vehicle service systems, surface treatment, vehicle lighting and tattoo fade measurement. The SHAH name is a federally registered service mark for educational and entertainment services.

Raoul speaks from inside that work — on automation and what it actually does to a business, on taking an invention through to a protected commercial asset, and on the practical mechanics of building products across several industries at once. Sessions are developed for the specific audience rather than delivered from a fixed script.
