Speaking

The future is being built now.

Raoul Shah speaks from inside the work — building companies across AI, robotics, automotive technology, software, intellectual property and Virginia real estate. Sessions are developed for your audience rather than delivered from a fixed script.

The speaker

A builder, not a commentator.

Raoul Shah is an entrepreneur, inventor and technology founder building companies across artificial intelligence, robotics, automotive technology, software, intellectual property and Virginia real estate. He is the named inventor on issued United States patents, and ships software across web, iPhone and Android. He speaks on building technology companies, innovation and automation.

The material comes from work currently in progress: an AI website growth platform shipped across web, iPhone and Android; robotics for automotive service work behind issued United States patents; a consumer technology platform; a Tesla-focused customization business; and a technology-driven Virginia real estate practice.

Available speaking topics

Subjects, not a set speech.

Custom presentations are available for organizations and events. Each subject below can be scaled from a conference keynote to a working session for a small group.

  • 01

    AI & Automation

How artificial intelligence and automation are changing businesses and industries — and what separates the companies quietly compounding an advantage from the ones buying tools.

    • Where automation removes cost, and where it only moves it
    • Building an AI capability instead of purchasing an AI product
    • What changes for operators, and what does not
  • 02

    Humanoid Robotics

The evolution of robots from research systems into practical commercial tools, told from the position of building robotics for a real service industry rather than a lab.

    • Why the demo-to-deployment gap is an engineering problem, not a funding one
    • Safety, liability and the physical constraints nobody films
    • The service industries likely to absorb robotics first
  • 03

    Entrepreneurship

Building technology companies from ideas into real businesses — the unglamorous middle where most of the work actually lives.

    • Choosing problems that survive contact with a market
    • Shipping with a small team and no permission
    • What compounding looks like year over year
  • 04

    Building Technology Companies

What it takes to take a technology company from first commit to a product people can buy — structure, sequencing and the decisions that are expensive to reverse.

    • Sequencing a roadmap against limited capacity
    • The infrastructure choices that quietly set your ceiling
    • Knowing when a product is ready to be sold rather than shown
  • 05

    Intellectual Property & Innovation

Turning inventions, patents and software into commercial assets — how an idea becomes something a balance sheet can hold.

    • What a patent does and, just as importantly, what it does not do
    • Sequencing filings around a product roadmap
    • The distinction between owning a right and monetising it
  • 06

    Automotive Technology

The future of vehicle customization, automation and robotics, from inside a category being rebuilt around software and machines.

    • Where automation reaches the vehicle-service bay
    • Customization as a technology category
    • What the aftermarket looks like when robots do the work
  • 07

    Real Estate & PropTech

What changes when real estate is built as a technology product — and what stays stubbornly, usefully human.

    • Building buyer-side tooling instead of another lead funnel
    • Data, listings and the constraints the industry imposes
    • Where software helps a transaction and where it gets in the way
  • 08

    Software & Mobile Product Development

Shipping real products across web, iPhone and Android — the practical mechanics of getting software into people’s hands on every surface.

    • One product, three platforms, without three teams
    • What app review actually asks of you
    • Choosing where native matters and where it does not
  • 09

    Building Across Multiple Industries

Lessons from developing companies across technology, automotive, real estate and consumer products — what transfers between categories and what absolutely does not.

    • The operating patterns that survive a category change
    • Reusing a technology stack across unrelated markets
    • Running a portfolio without diluting any single bet
  • 10

The Future of Work and Automation

What automation does to jobs, teams and organisations — a builder’s view rather than a forecast, focused on the decisions leaders can actually make.

    • Which tasks automate first, and why it is rarely the ones predicted
    • Rebuilding a role rather than removing it
    • Preparing a workforce without pretending to know the date

Raoul Shah builds. Across artificial intelligence, robotics, automotive technology, consumer software, intellectual property and Virginia real estate, the through-line is the same: an idea is taken as far as a working, shippable business rather than left as a concept.

That work currently spans five ventures. GrowMyWebsite is an AI website growth and SEO technology platform, built and shipped as a web application with native iPhone and Android apps. VirginiaBuyer.com is a technology-driven platform for Virginia buyers, properties and new construction, and the real estate practice behind it. AutoWrap AI develops robotics and automation for automotive service work. FadeMyInk is a consumer technology platform for tattoo fade tracking. TeslaWrapper is a Tesla-focused automotive customization business.

The technical work has produced protected intellectual property: Raoul is the named inventor on issued United States patents covering automated vehicle service systems, surface treatment, vehicle lighting and tattoo fade measurement. The SHAH name is a federally registered service mark for educational and entertainment services.

Raoul speaks from inside that work — on automation and what it actually does to a business, on taking an invention through to a protected commercial asset, and on the practical mechanics of building products across several industries at once. Sessions are developed for the specific audience rather than delivered from a fixed script.
